If the package has not been scanned as “delivered” according to USPS’ tracking information, please contact us after 21 days for domestic shipments and after 45 days for international shipments. Customers are responsible for shipping cost for any package marked “return to sender”.

My order hasn’t shipped yet can I cancel or change it?
If an order is not shipped from our warehouse, orders may be canceled only. Customers may contact us to upgrade shipping if the package has not shipped yet.
When will my order ship?
Orders are fulfilled on weekdays from 8:00 AM till 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Any express or priority orders placed after 2:00 PM (HST) or on weekends will be shipped on the following business day. Shipments may be delayed up to 5 business days following large sales or promotions.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your shipping number to be active on USPS.com. Depending on the country some international tracking numbers may not be updated once the packages leaves the US.
